Welcome to Intense Fitness, your best resource for in-home personal training in Manhattan, Hoboken, and downtown Jersey City.  I provide dynamic, individually designed workouts for clients from every background, from the seasoned gym veteran to the lifelong couch potato.

Starting a workout program can seem daunting, but the key to success is listening to your body and working at a comfortable and sustainable pace.  My workouts incorporate a blend of cardiovascular and resistance training, as well as elements of yoga and pilates to ensure a comprehensive, total body approach to strength and weight loss.  Gradual increases in intensity help avoid plateaus and keep your workouts challenging and productive.
